Restaurant Les Ambassadeurs
The restaurant Les Ambassadeurs is located within one of the most luxurious hotels in Paris: the Hotel de Crillon. This is located in the Place de la Concorde. A delightful place in the epicenter of the city.
The restaurant (the former ballroom of the eighteenth century), is adorned with seven different marbles. A treat for the eye and the senses. Inside there is an atmosphere of comfort and refinement simply insurmountable.
Heading the kitchen is a chef of international renown: Jean-François Pige. Piege makes an imaginative cuisine practiced with exquisite workmanship. Refined dishes, creative. Fantastic.
As a sommelier of the restaurant (and the hotel itself) is David Biraud (appointed three years ago Best Sommelier in France), which has the job of advising and directing what is considered as one of the biggest and best wine cellars in Paris. Winery has a staggering 100,000 bottles. Among these are wines like a 1959 Romanee-Conti valued at 15,000 euros and an equally impressive 1945 Mouton Rothschild, valued at 13,000.

@ Newman I know what your saying there . In todays economy its hard to find a company to work for that pays well and is consistent. I have found that if you just work hard and are consistent you can go places . Look at the writer of this page , they are oviously hard working and have just been consistent over time and are now enjoying at least what would appear as somewhat of a success. I would encourage everyone to just keep hustling and moving forward.
